Digital Account Manager

Job description
Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for clients for digital campaign management
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Work with digital production team for creating digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
  • Suggest and actively involve in digital projects to increase customer ROI
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experiences in digital account management
  • Proven work experience as an account manager
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Experience with customer service and account management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Digital agency backgroud are preferable

SEO Executive

Requirement:

  • 1 – 2 years experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, and Word
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool
  • Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)
  • Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments
  • Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
  • Experienced in handling campaign for the travel industry and health is preferable
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately

Description:

  • Responsible for On-Page Optimization, Off-Page Optimization, Social Media Optimization, Link Building Techniques.
  • Expertise in complete SEO management across multiple search engines.
  • Proactively manage keyword identification with all the relevant tools and the ability to communicate/interact with clients.
  • Continuously monitor SEO status of assigned websites for opportunities and updates.

  • Will be responsible for uploading website updates in FTP.

  • Take part in submissions across the web directories and article, directories, social bookmarking, blog and forum submission to increase link popularity for websites and other SEO related activities
  • Need to take care of advanced settings in promoting web ranking with various techniques and identifying and implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search listings.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
  • Direct and work with the team towards successful execution of assignment/campaign.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Description:

  • Work with internal teams to create, pitch, and over see effectiveness of a client’s on going digital marketing programs.
  • Work closely with account managers to assure work is on schedule and budget.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends,target audiences,optimize performance and devise digital campaigns that engage,inform and motivate.
  • Utilize strong analytic alability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Develop digital marketing standards based on best practices and data driven recommendations
  • Take direction from department leadership,including documenting detailed requirements,and asking questions to clarify assignments.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies; provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Other related duties asassigned.

Requirements:

  • 1 year minimum experiences with Google AdWords, Facebook & Instagram Advertising and other advertising platform
  • Have excellent communication skills,written and verbal, across all organization all levels.
  • Certified in Google AdWords are preferable
